"Children need the best specialists because the are very sensitive for every detail. Once, when they learned to bad habits in youth, it´s very difficult, if not impossible, to remove these habits and learn them to the right technique. On the contrary, when they acquire good habits and they will be older nobody can remove it from them. We work with and educate all of trainers of BP HOCKEY, include those who are training in the other academies. We are sharing our knowledge and our experiences. That means, we all dispose with the same methodology. Everyone is different, some of them are trainers in clubs, the other ones have a regular jobs, everyone has his own opinion, point of view, method how to get interest from the kids. We accept and respect them but we are trying to argue and explain them why they should use our long term experiences and our philosophy of work with youth ".
